No materials from this site may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means without our prior written permission. CREDIT CARDS

There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Meerkatsu reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

OTHER CONDITIONS

These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Meerkatsu signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.

OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCTS

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 13:00, or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Personal data relates to a living individual who can be identified from that data.  Identification can be by the information alone or in conjunction with any other information in the data controller’s possession or likely to come into such possession. Meerkatsu Ltd is the trading name for the artist Seymour Yang. Scramble Sports Ltd are the official distributors and producers of Meerkatsu branded clothing and apparel.

When you create a web account with us: your name, shipping address, billing address, telephone number, email address.
When you make a purchase: your payment details, your purchase history
When you sign up to the newsletter: your name and email address

  1. How is your personal data used

To process any orders that you make by using our website.

If we don’t collect your personal data during checkout, we won’t be able to process your order and comply with our legal obligations.

Your details may need to be passed to a third party to supply or deliver the product or service that you ordered, and we may keep your details for a reasonable period afterwards in order to fulfil any contractual obligations such as refunds, guarantees and so on.

In some cases, a product listed for sale may be unavailable, in which case we will need to contact you to notify you of your options.

To respond to your queries, refund requests and complaints. Handling the information you sent enables us to respond. We may also keep a record of these to inform any future communication with us and to demonstrate how we communicated with you throughout. We do this on the basis of our contractual obligations to you, our legal obligations and our legitimate interests in providing you with the best service and understanding how we can improve our service based on your experience.

To protect our business and your account from fraud and other illegal activities. This includes using your personal data to maintain, update and safeguard your account.

To process payments and to prevent fraudulent transactions. We do this on the basis of our legitimate business interests. This also helps to protect our customers from fraud.

We share your data with third parties responsible with fulfilling your order. For example we must share your name, address and phone number with the courier delivery company delivering your item.

For fraud management, we may share information about fraudulent or potentially fraudulent activity in our premises or systems. This may include sharing data about individuals with law enforcement bodies.

We may also be required to disclose your personal data to the police or other enforcement, regulatory or Government body, in your country of origin or elsewhere, upon a valid request to do so. These requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis and take the privacy of our customers into consideration.

  1. How long do we keep your data

Whenever we collect or process your personal data, we’ll only keep it for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

When you place an order, we’ll keep the personal data you give us for five years so we can comply with our legal and contractual obligations.

When you agree to receive a newsletter, we’ll keep it until you opt out by clicking unsubscribe.

RETURNS

Please email help@meerkatsu.com for returns information. We currently offer a free returns service on UK returns. Returns are handled on a case by case basis and follow all applicable international laws relating to online purchasing.

TAXES

If you are within the UK, the price includes tax. For orders overseas, the full price of the product is the price you pay without taxes.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
