I was invited to teach at the Artemis BJJ Autumn/Winter training camp over in Bristol at the weekend. I taught a segment featuring some of my favourite and personally most used open guard techniques. They range from very fundamental sweeps to a couple of the less orthodox things I get up in my rolls. Watch it all in the video below:
I had great fun teaching there and it was also lovely to see lots of my old friends and meet new people. On the same bill at the seminar as me was Can Sonmez, Gret Zoeller and Giles Garcia. Sadly I had to return home on Saturday so I missed learning from Michael Velotta, who was teaching on the Sunday.
