My BJJ club mates at RGA South Herts and I just came back from attending the Roger Gracie BJJ Summer Camp in Sardinia. It was a fantastic few days with lots of excellent training based in the fantastic city of Cagliari.
While we were there, we took the opportunity to grade Wayne Flesher to black belt. Wayne was one of my very first students and with his extensive judo background, was a phenomenal grappler from day one.
The camp was run by the guys at Honor Submission Challenge in Cagliari. Below is my video-log of the whole trip – be warned, there’s mild swearing from yours truly (sorry!).
