Shipping

You can choose either Royal Mail, DHL Express or DPD Courier Service (where available).

Orders made before 12pm will be shipped same day.

Orders made after 12pm Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

For deliveries outside of the UK, you will be liable to pay for any customs and duty charges incurred.

Please note that within the UK any order made for a next day courier service that is received by us after Thursday at 12pm will be sent out on the Friday. As this is a next working day service with DHL, this will then be delivered on the following Monday. Customers wishing a Saturday service should order on Friday and select this service at the checkout.

Royal Mail

Royal Mail is the UK’s national postal service and they are responsible for getting the package to your country; where it is handed over to your local postal service who will provide delivery. You can follow the package using the tracking number provided on your local postal services website once it arrives in country.

In the UK all Royal Mail orders will be sent on the tracked 48hrs service which will take 2 business days to arrive.

For all overseas orders, we use either Royal Mail Airsure or International Signed For, depending on the country. Delivery speeds vary depending on destination, but should take no longer than 5 to 10 business days.

DPD

DPD is a courier service, providing in most cases a faster shipment domestic and worldwide with more accurate tracking. You can track your package on the website or using the DPD app if you have it installed on your phone, or via text message where available.

You must order before 12:00 (Mon-Thu) for next day delivery in the UK.

DHL Express

DHL an express courier service. Orders where express delivery is selected are sent using DHL Express. Almost all global destinations are reached within a 1-2 day transit time.You will receive a tracking e-mail with your shipping number and link to the DHL tracking website, with options to sign up to e-mail or text notifications on your order’s process. Express customers are provided with an estimated date of delivery within one hour of your order being collected by DHL, and you can choose how you wish to receive your delivery, with options
including;

• Reschedule for another day
• Leave with a neighbour
• Leave in a safe place
• Deliver to a DHL Service Point (45,000 locations worldwide)
• Deliver to an alternate address
• Hold until you return from vacation
